Hyaluronidase in FertiCult™ Flushing Medium
A ready-to-use hyaluronidase solution formulated in FertiCult™ Flushing Medium for oocyte denudation prior to ICSI and other ART procedures. At 80 IU/mL, it effectively breaks down the hyaluronic acid binding cumulus cells to the oocyte, making mechanical removal cleaner and more controlled — without the need for any preparation or dilution before use.
Description
Denudation is a step where consistency matters. Hyaluronidase in FertiCult™ Flushing Medium takes the guesswork out of it — it comes ready to use at a fixed concentration of 80 IU/mL hyaluronidase (bovine origin), pre-formulated in a HEPES-buffered medium so it works reliably at ambient CO₂ levels outside the incubator, right where denudation actually happens.
The enzyme digests the hyaluronic acid holding cumulus cells around the oocyte, loosening the complex so that mechanical removal with a denuding pipette is straightforward and consistent. The base medium itself is well-supported — bicarbonate, physiologic salts, glucose, lactate, pyruvate, and 4.0 g/L medicinal-grade human serum albumin keep conditions stable during the brief exposure window.
Tested with a 30-minute embryo exposure in the Mouse Embryo Assay at ≥80% blastocyst rate, so you know the hyaluronidase concentration is effective without being damaging. Full sterility and endotoxin testing per Ph. Eur./USP, CE-marked under MDR, Health Canada licensed, and registered in Brazil.
Available in 1 mL (pack of 5) for single-use convenience, or 10 mL for higher-volume labs.
