It’s designed to support every major procedure in an ART cycle — semen washing, IUI, oocyte handling, IVF and ICSI fertilization, embryo culture from Day 1 through to expanded blastocyst, and embryo transfer — all in one ready-to-use medium with nothing extra to add.
The formulation is bicarbonate-buffered, with 3.5 g/L human serum albumin (medicinal-grade, plasma-derived), 10 mg/L gentamicin, and phenol red for visual pH monitoring. It’s a complete package out of the bottle.
Quality testing covers the full standard panel — Mouse Embryo Assay at ≥80% blastocyst rate after 96 hours, Human Sperm Survival Assay at ≥80% motility retention after 24 hours, endotoxin below 0.25 EU/mL, and full sterility testing per Ph. Eur./USP. pH is tightly controlled at 7.20–7.45 and osmolality at 270–290 mOsm/kg. CE-marked under MDR and registered in Brazil, with documentation available for other regions on request.
Available in 10 mL and 20 mL formats, in single or packs of five — practical for both low-volume clinics and busier lab settings.
